Sunday is preparation only
Sunday is used for quality control, packing preparation, and label preparation. Orders are not tendered to UPS on Sunday.
UPS tender Monday or Tuesday
Standard approved orders are tendered to UPS on Monday or Tuesday morning. Tracking is sent after UPS accepts and scans the package.
Tracking starts after acceptance
Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout after UPS accepts and scans the package.
After delivery
Freshness starts at the front door.
Open promptly
Bring the package inside and open it soon after delivery rather than leaving it outdoors.
Inspect your order
Check each coconut when it arrives. Contact support promptly if anything appears damaged in transit.
Keep cool and dry
Follow the storage guidance included with your order, keep whole coconuts as directed, and refrigerate any opened coconut immediately.
